The communication was smooth and they were easy to get in touch with - we got the chance to meet both of them and you can easily see how much they care and value their guests. We had a lovely time staying in their apartment and it's probably the best Airbnb we stayed at. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures and had everything we needed. Attention to details is on point which makes the apartment a great place to stay at. We had a small issue with the iron which wasn't working, but Sergiu was quick and kind enough to provide us with another one, which we very much appreciated! There's no doubt that, when in Bucharest again, we'll try and book their place.”
