“bij het aankomen was het appartement dubbel geboekt en stonden we in ons appartement met spullen van andere mensen. We hebben direct contact opgenomen met onze host en hij is onmiddellijk langsgekomen en binnen de 20min hadden we al een ander appartement, we hebben deze nacht volledig vergoed gekregen dus echt super service! Ook waren de beide appartement heel mooi qua inrichting en ook super proper!”

“The apartment itself is incredibly well furnished and the hosts were very responsive even when we had concerns. Kitchen was also well equipped. The description states this but the alley leading into the apartment is pretty run down. Would not feel comfortable there as a woman on my own and often smelt very bad. Lots of drinking and smoking happened there. Appreciate it’s out of the control of the Airbnb themselves but worth knowing if you’re female travellers to stay safe.”
