Our home is located right in the heart of the city, next to the main boulevard, Gheorghe Magheru and close to the Old Town. Within a 7-minute radius there are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in the nearby Icoanei Park, a small yet wonderful park to grab some fresh air.

So many issues here.The most important is that the building is rated Rs I: High risk of major damage or collapse during an earthquake. It’s has the red circle next to door. Next there was a super strong perfume smell coming in, found out after a shower that it’s meant to cover the sewage smell that comes up thru the drain on floor. It’s also very dirty. It looks clean from the pictures, but every touch surface is caked with grime, all the throw pillows were dirty, nooks and crannies are not touched at all. Mattress is very uncomfortable. I would never give such a bad review but I feel I have to warn anyone who wants to book it.
